Motivation for Monday – Are You Happy?

I say I’m happy.

True, I suffer from depression/anxiety, but it’s just a little psychological/physiological brain wiring I’m working on repairing.

I do love my life. 

So when my friend, Kaili, found 22 Things Happy People Do Differently and shared it on Facebook, I thought for sure I’d have most of these things covered. 

Well, at least half. 

One fourth?

Out of the 22 things on this list, I do 3 of them really well. (Numbers 4, 12, & 20) The rest? Not so much. 

What about you? How many of these happy qualities do you possess? And which do you really need to put your efforts toward? (Numbers 1, 9, & 18 for me.

Happy people are happy because they make themselves happy. They maintain a positive outlook on life and remain at peace with themselves.

    So, share which you are actively doing and which you need to work on. I don't think the post is saying "DO these things and you will be happy," but rather, "This is what happy people DO."

    And remember, we are "extroverted introverts."
