I say I’m happy.
True, I suffer from depression/anxiety, but it’s just a little psychological/physiological brain wiring I’m working on repairing.
I do love my life.
So when my friend, Kaili, found 22 Things Happy People Do Differently and shared it on Facebook, I thought for sure I’d have most of these things covered.
Well, at least half.
Out of the 22 things on this list, I do 3 of them really well. (Numbers 4, 12, & 20) The rest? Not so much.
What about you? How many of these happy qualities do you possess? And which do you really need to put your efforts toward? (Numbers 1, 9, & 18 for me.)
